What to expect

Event Calendar Monitoring: We are closely monitoring the official calendar of Jubilee events, but please note that there may be last-minute changes, such as the sudden closure of St. Peter’s Basilica, which could require adjustments to tours on short notice. Unfortunately, if the Basilica is closed, we will not be able to include the visit, if part of the Vatican Museums tour.

Limited Last-Minute Services: Due to the high volume of tourists, particularly around Jubilee events, last-minute bookings for services will be more difficult to secure. We highly recommend planning well in advance to avoid disruptions.

Possible Road Closures: In the case of religious events, certain streets near major religious sites may be temporarily closed. This could affect transportation logistics, such as pick-ups for transfers. For example, clients may need to walk a short distance from their hotel for a transfer if access to the front entrance is restricted.

Increased Crowds: Rome, including its main attractions and Fiumicino Airport, is expected to be busier than usual. If travel logistics allow, we suggest considering an itinerary that includes Rome as a stop, while possibly avoiding arriving or departing from Rome’s airport to minimize any potential travel disruptions.

Church Closures: While the Vatican Museums are unlikely to close, St. Peter’s Basilica or other major churches may be temporarily unavailable to visitors due to events.
