Committed to delivering seamless logistics, we count, estimate and tally each single minute of the event. We calculate the duration of visits, activities, transport and dining keeping in mind seasonal diversity, waiting time and unwanted delays. We’re constantly brainstorming, before and during the event, to devise further time-effective options, and polish any rough edges that may have appeared. We forecast, survey and re-examine each single moment, making sure all attendees have the time to enjoy the event, and savor it.
